Tammy Bodlovic
Development Director of the Roxy theater
(she/her)
Tammy Bodlovic has been with the Roxy since 2017. She has been involved with nonprofit development for 20 years. Tammy is a fan of baseball and hockey and loves to travel with her family and friends.

Dan Crary
Artistic Director
(he/him)
Daniel Crary is an actor, writer, and publishing professional, but before he was any of these things, he was a movie fan. An early love of film led him to performing on stage and seeking out strange and interesting stories wherever he could find them. And many of these stories happened to be Queer. As such, Queer art and its censorship are a daily part of his personal and professional life on stage and in publishing. In Missoula, Daniel is very involved with theater and art, having served on the board of the Missoula Symphony and Arts Missoula, and performing on stage with just about every theater company in town. Nationally, he is involved with The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, The Hero Initiation, and the Book Sellers. He lives with his dog and cat in a haunted house on the west side of town.

Ian Carstens
Website Administrator
(he/him)
Ian Carstens manages the sites for IWFF, Queer West Film Fest and the Montana Film Festival. He is a filmmaker, writer and curator with a BA in Art Theory and Criticism currently based in the occupied lands known as the Midwest. After moving to Missoula in 2017, working for the Roxy Film Academy, the Roxy Theater itself, IWFF and MTFF (and now working remotely) there is no doubt that the Roxy continues to be his community cinema.

Sarah Ferguson
Executive Director of the Roxy Theater
(she/her)
Sarah Ferguson (known by everyone as Fergie) hails from Minneapolis where she worked in copywriting and creative in the advertising industry until that sucked the soul from her body. She’s called Missoula home since 2014 and the Roxy home for just as long. She wears a lot of hats for the team including producing many festivals and heading up the Roxy’s marketing efforts. Movies, music, books, and tea seem to take up a lot of her time and brain space. You’ll often see her sprinting around the hallway and lobby, fumbling through intros, running a Q&A, and generally having a good time. She’s also a host of our radio show, Roxy Radio on 101.5.

David Mills-Low
Film Festival Operations Manager
(he/they)
David’s resume is kinda wacky: 26 years working in theatre, a couple masters degrees, just over a dozen student and indy films, pizza delivery, landscaping, commercials casting, stay-at-home dad, balloon twister, and Customer Service Representative in Electronics at Kmart. He became part of the festival team at the Roxy in 2022.

Josh Moyar
Film Festival Coordinator
(he/him)
Josh loves being a part of the QWFF team! Originally from Chicago, he came out West in 2019 to be closer to wild places and has been hanging around the Roxy as a customer, member, or employee ever since. Josh’s favorite part of being the QWFF coordinator is meeting the filmmakers and engaging with his community. He loves indie cinema, and derives inspiration from Queer filmmakers like Gregg Araki, Cheryl Dunye, and John Waters.

Grace Wolcott
Art Director
(she/her)
Grace Wolcott is an artist and filmmaker in Missoula, Montana. She started working at The Roxy Theater in 2023 as a Graphic Designer and Coordinator for the Roxy Film Academy filmmaking camps. She’s been doing the graphics and art for QWFF since it’s first year and loves to be a part of the festival. Her favorite movie is Harold and Maude. When she’s not watching movies at the Roxy (which is rare), she may be found rollerblading, baking, making art, or playing video games.
